Yoga and Pilates Classes for Climbers

Naomi from Elements Yoga (www.elementsyoga.ie) will be doing four Tuesday evening classes beginning on 2nd October and ending on 23th October from 8pm till 9pm in The Dublin Climbing Centre.
Her classes will include Yoga and Pilates for Climbers. Movement and focus will be on creating mobility, flexibility and core strength to compliment climbing and prevent injuries.
‘Members that took part in the past will tell you that they benefited from better focus, flexibility, coordination, movement and strength.’
It is €40 for the four Tuesdays and min number is 10 people.
