Yoga and Pilates Classes for Climbers – Awesome Walls

Her classes will include Yoga and Pilates, specifically focused for Climbers. The movements and focus in each session will be to develop mobility, flexibility, general conditioning and strength that will compliment climbing and help to prevent injuries. There is also an emphasis on breath awareness and relaxation. These sessions aim to ensure you are climbing and feeling your best.

It is €45 for the four Wednesdays and you can pay Naomi on the first evening.
The classes are open to everyone and you are all very welcome to attend.
