Yoga and Pilates for Climbers

Naomi from Elements Yoga (www.elementsyoga.ie) is back for one of her Saturday workshops this March 25th at 10am till 12pm. Her class will include Yoga and Pilates for Climbers, movements and focus will be on creating mobility, flexibility and core strength to compliment climbing training and prevent injuries.

‘Members that took part in the past will tell you that they benefited from better focus, flexibility, coordination, movement and strength.’

It is €20 for this workshop and min number is 10 people.
