Naomi from Elements Yoga (www.elementsyoga.ie) will be doing four Tuesday evening classes beginning on 6th March and ending on 27th March from 8pm till 9pm in The Dublin Climbing Centre.
Her classes will include Yoga and Pilates for Climbers. Movement and focus will be on creating mobility, flexibility and core strength to compliment climbing and prevent injuries.

It is €40 for the four Tuesdays and min number is 10 people.
