Where Do I Change The GroupSpaces Emails Sent To Joining Members?

New members are instructed to first pay a subscription and then join the IMC GroupSpaces site.

• When they complete their GroupSpace application they will receive a confirming “Approval message” email.
• The IMC Treasurer will then verify their subscription payment and accept their GroupSpaces application, which will result in a “Welcome message” email being sent to the new member.

To change the text of these two messages you will need to go to the GroupSpaces Settings page and click on the Members tab on the left hand side. Here you will see both the messages referred to above.
