The IMC 2024 AGM will be held on Saturday 9th November in Killiney Golf Club, Ballinclea Rd, Rocheshill, Killiney, Co. Dublin Eircode A96 W3X0 starting at 19:30 (7.30 pm)
The full Agenda (and officers reports) will be posted closer to the meeting but will be similar to previous years.
Further details, including links to the reports, will be sent closer to the time.
You need to be a full member to vote but all members are encouraged to attend. As per precedent in previous years existing members will be deemed current until after 31st Dec 2024.
Please note that any motions to be put before the AGM must be submitted by the 19th October2024 at the latest.
The relevant section of the club constitution states:
“Any two Full Members of the Club may have a motion placed on the agenda for an Annual General Meeting if notice of it, signed by the two members as Proposer and Seconder respectively, is given to the Secretary at least three weeks before the meeting. The Committee may also place a motion on the agenda. The Secretary shall notify members of the agenda at least two weeks before the meeting.”
